I played baseball at Redwood HS was all league in 2005, played at Solano JC was all league in 2008, Full ride to Abilene Christian University. Played In the Cape Code League in 2009 with the Cotuit Ketteleers. Played in the California Winter League with the Canada A’s. Had a private workout in Scottsdale AZ with the SF Giants. Certifications: NASM, CrossFit Level 1, CPR/AED Cert Started CrossFit Jan. 1st, 2012 First W.O.D. was Cindy Hooked ever since.
